This post is really about moving the body! I've been taking yoga classes for the past week and noticed how I would just be in a state of flow and relaxation afterward. I didn't feel like doing anything but gardening, going for a walk, reading, meditate, or simply lying down in bed. I was reflecting on times when I've been disciplined and in a state of flow. It reminded me of moving my body in an explosive way. For example, CrossFit has helped me tremendously in releasing stress while increasing my energy. It felt as if it helped me get an estate of taking massive action!
So here's your reminder to move your body in an explosive way if you want to take more action! Living in this 3-D world, we've got to take care of this vessel, that we've been given and part of that means moving it for me!
