"Every day the daunting task of “Overcoming to Become” presents itself to me. A few weeks ago I stepped foot on my new college campus that I’d been dreaming about, and working toward for the past 2 years. I was in awe of the bright green colors pouring off the plants, and the spaceship sized lake orbited by state-of-the-art classrooms filled with excited, eager students. Synchronicities slapped me in the face, yet my focus was directed to the pit of my gut, where a ball of insecurity and unworthiness threatening to expand, sent me back to my room. I observed this ever expanding ball and quickly realized these were the emotions of my old self. I observed them. I let them go. I remembered I was worthy, lifted my head up, and walked back to campus to enjoy my new creation."
