At Unlocked Movement, majority of our products are custom-made to order, ensuring each item is uniquely crafted just for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part.
If we make a mistake with your order (such as an incorrect size, design, or a defective item), please contact us at support@unlockedmovement.com within 7 days of receiving your product. We'll gladly take full responsibility to correct the issue and ensure you’re satisfied.
