Shipping policy

At Unlocked Movement, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.


Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 4–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • In rare cases, processing may take longer due to high order volumes, supply delays, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and include a free gift with your order as our way of saying thank you for your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free shipping is available for all orders shipped within the Continental U.S.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has left our facility.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier has scanned the package.


Delays & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays due to weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, or other events outside our control.

  • Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us at support@unlockedmovement.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
